Customer Contact Details: Full name, telephone number, email address, and physical shipping address (for mail-in repairs and orders).
Device Information: Device make, model, storage capacity, color, serial number, IMEI/MEID, operating system version, and physical condition notes upon intake.
Device Passcodes / Pattern Locks: If voluntarily provided for pre- and post-repair quality assurance testing. Customers may withhold passcodes, though this may limit our ability to test internal functionality.
Payment & Transaction Details: Method of payment (cash, card, Apple Pay, Zelle), transaction IDs, and invoices. Card numbers are processed through encrypted PCI-compliant processors and never stored on our computers.
3. Strict Device Content Privacy (Technician Code of Conduct)
Technicians are strictly prohibited from browsing, opening, copying, transferring, or intercepting personal photos, messages, videos, documents, browser history, or apps. Testing is confined to hardware diagnostics such as the camera viewfinder, voice memo or test calls, and the dialer or notes app for touch testing. Once testing is verified, passcodes recorded on claim tickets are shredded or erased.

Providing repair status updates, diagnostic estimates, and completion alerts via SMS, phone, or email.
Sending verification codes for secure account logins.
Generating New York sales tax receipts and warranty claim documentation.
Coordinating courier deliveries with UPS, FedEx, or USPS for mail-in repair returns.
5. In-Store Security Surveillance (CCTV) Notice
Our storefront and intake counters at 1091 Liberty Ave are monitored 24 hours a day by closed-circuit security cameras with audio and video. Footage is retained for security and loss prevention and only disclosed to law enforcement under lawful subpoena.

Shipping Couriers: UPS, USPS, and FedEx receive your shipping address and phone number solely to fulfill deliveries.
